Checking Submissions in a Submission Box

From the Admin Page, you can check the status of Submissions (submitted, late, etc.) to each Submission Box for each student.

How to Check Submission Status

Click on the "..." button on the Submission Box List screen and select "Display by student".

When the login screen of the admin page appears, please log in with your regular LoiLo account.

After logging in, select "Dsiplay by student" again on the original screen to go to the Submission Status Download page.

Select the "Download Submission Status" button.

Specify the deadline range of the submission box you wish to download and select the "Download" button.

An Excel file named "submissions_status(date/time).xlsx" will be downloaded.

Please note that the submission status of teachers is not included in the file.

Resubmission after expiry Submitted before deadline but resubmitted after deadline

Delayed Submitted after the deadline

Not Submited Not yet submitted

You can also check the number of Cards submitted on the "page_count" sheet.
